- Consulting and supervision during all kinds of Foundation fabrications with future installation offshore.
- Monitor the onshore and offshore commissioning activities (including mechanical and electrical completion).
- Ensure that outstanding works and quality issues are detected and reported.
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with the project HSE rules and local legislation (that all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor).
- Ensure that the work is organized and done according to the Employer’s requirements.
- Ensure that tests are carried out and commissioning work documented according to rules, procedures and templates.
- Ensure that the progress of commissioning is reported in daily progress reports.
- Contribute to proactive management, good coordination and communication between all parties.
- Potentially could be involved in negotiations with contractors to defend and act in the best interests of a client (evaluating and balancing all elements to promote the advantage of the client).
- By request, we have sufficient resources to build an offshore team of professional Client rep and work in parallel or as back-to-backs in one package (Fou., WTG or Cable Package) for the complete success of the project.
