Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of offshore experience in Oil & Gas with 10 + years in Senior roles. Professional individual with vast expertise in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of mechanical- hydraulic and marine equipment.
ROMAN SAHAROVS
Working in the offshore renewable sector since 2015, experienced and skilled in Rigging, Heavy Lifting, and management, additionally performing as GWO & OPITO Instructor. Performing in senior supervisory roles and having an extensive understanding of coordinating a multi-disciplined installation and lifting workforce.

With a proven track record and Master's degree studies in Electrical Engineering, in Senior Supervisory roles since 2005 (onshore) and in the Wind Energy Sector since 2017, was involved in the fabrication, Installation, commissioning and MIR campaigns in the Offshore Wind Sector.

With a Masters degree in business administration and management, along with credentials including NEBOSH IGC and HSE Certificate in Health and Safety Leadership,and vast experience at commissioning, installation and IMR., working at Offshore Renewable Sector since 2013 and on senior supervisory roles since 2019
